How delivery is calculated
1. Base rates
- 4m carpets: £39.95
 - 5m carpets (oversize handling): £79.95
 
2. Small-room fee
Orders 12 m² or under add a £40 surcharge (extra cutting/handling).
3. Regional postcode surcharges
- BT +£20
 - GY +£40
 - JE +£40
 - IM +£30
 - HS +£30
 - ZE +£40
 
4. Area adjustments (by depot)
- Reading: +£30
 - Barking / East London: +£30
 - Cardiff: +£15
 
5. Nationwide cap
Your delivery charge is capped at £149.95.
6. UK only
We currently deliver to GB postcodes only. Non-GB destinations aren’t supported.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery is usually 5–7 working days from order confirmation. We’ll keep you updated as your order is processed, dispatched, and out for delivery.
Samples
Sample kits: £2.99 delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Currently coming soon while we finalise packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Every carpet is cut to your requested size, so orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
If something isn’t right:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery: team@cozyflooringstore.co.uk or 07305 712251.
 - Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
 - If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement or collection at no extra cost.
 
We don’t offer exchanges on cut-to-size carpet. Please order samples first if you’re unsure.
Additional info
- Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.
 - Difficult access, multi-drop deliveries, or needing an extra person may incur extra costs — confirmed with you beforehand.
 - All checkout prices include VAT.
