How long does delivery take?
  • Sample kits: 2–4 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
  • Carpets: 5–10 working days depending on postcode and nearest depot.
Do you offer fitting?

Not yet — but we’re building a trusted fitter network. In the meantime, we can point you toward local fitters.

Can I return a carpet?

Because every carpet is cut to your size, orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll arrange a replacement or collection at no extra cost.

Are the carpets trade quality?

Absolutely. We source from the UK’s top wholesalers and leading brands — the same suppliers used by high-street retailers.

Do I have to measure myself?
  • Use our Room Size Calculator for quick dimensions.
  • Try our AR measuring (coming soon) for a guided experience.
  • Or order samples first — we’ll help you calculate what to order.
How much extra carpet should I order?

We recommend adding around 10 cm on each dimension to allow for trimming and fitting. Our calculator will suggest the best order size (4m vs 5m width) automatically.

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?

Yes — we deliver to all GB postcodes. Remote regions (BT, GY, JE, IM, HS, ZE) have a small surcharge. Delivery is capped at £149.95.

Can I get samples before I decide?

Yes — our Cozy Sample Box lets you pick up to 4 samples, delivered to your door in a premium box. Launching soon.

Do prices include underlay, grippers, and door bars?

No — these are sold separately as add-ons. You’ll see recommended accessories on carpet product pages.
